Doc.H2O #6

On The September 19, 2023

17h00 - 20h30 (Paris time)
Université Lyon 3, Salle La Rotonde, 18 rue Chevreul 69007 Lyon

An evening for PhD students and young researchers to discuss current issues in scientific publication.

The aim of the Doc.H2O evenings/days is to encourage PhD students and young researchers (post-docs, ATERs, etc.) from the H2O'Lyon community to meet up and exchange ideas, opportunities and mutual support, and to enable them to acquire useful skills for their professional careers, including workshops. These quarterly events are organised with and for PhD students and young doctors

The aim of this back-to-school evening is to help PhD students and young researchers understand the current environment of scientific publishing and to give them the keys to defining their publication strategy: which journals should be favoured? why? what role should publications play in competitions?
